THE PRODUCTS are reserved only for individuals with legal capacity to contract.
Minors are not authorized to access the products. Any action taken by minors on this WEBSITE shall be the responsibility of their parents, guardians, caregivers or conservators, who shall be deemed to be acting in their capacity as legal representatives.

The STUDIO has the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying the modified terms on the WEBSITE.

For THE PRODUCTS offered through the WEBSITE, THE STUDIO will clearly provide the steps to be followed to acquire them. The simple act of following the procedures indicated in the WEBSITE to acquire a product implies the acceptance of having complied with the conditions established in this document. In addition, when making a purchase, THE USER must provide the data required by the WEBSITE for this purpose, which will be managed according to the Privacy Policy of the STUDIO.

Payments through Collecting Companies:
This method implies that THE USER reserves his/her purchase and receives a payment code. Subsequently, THE USER must access the website or an agency affiliated to the collection company selected at the time of purchase. Payment must be made within the established term; otherwise, the order will be cancelled for non-payment. Payment validation is done within a maximum of 24 hours. The collection company currently enabled on the Site is PayPal.

Through the WEBSITE, THE PRODUCTS will be offered. Any acceptance will be subject to THE STUDIO validating the transaction. Therefore, for all transactions carried out on this WEBSITE, it will be necessary for THE STUDIO to confirm and/or verify the following to form the consent:

- Accept the means of payment provided by THE USER.
- Accredit the payment according to the method of payment used by THE USER.
- Validate the USER's data.

The STUDIO shall inform the USER of this validation by sending a confirmation to the email address registered by the USER, or by any means of communication that ensures timely knowledge, or by the actual shipment of the product. Consent shall be considered formed from the moment this written confirmation is sent to the USER and at the place where it was issued.

THE STUDIO will offer THE PRODUCTS according to the terms and conditions indicated on the WEBSITE for each of them.

All material available to THE USER on the WEBSITE, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads and any other information (hereinafter, the "CONTENT"), is the property of THE STUDIO or is licensed for use by its owners. Accordingly, THE USER must refrain from extracting and/or reusing portions of the CONTENT without THE STUDIO's express prior consent.

THE USER acknowledges that he/she does not acquire any rights over the trademarks, logos, designs, drawings, photographs, images, graphics and any other information contained in this WEBSITE. The use of the CONTENT for commercial purposes, distribution, public communication or modification is strictly prohibited.

THE STUDIO will endeavor to the best of its ability to ensure that the transmission and use of the WEBSITE is continuous and error-free. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the USER to take the necessary protective measures on their computers to foresee and avoid possible threats or damage to the operating system, such as viruses or other elements inherent to the use of the Internet.

THE STUDIO assumes no responsibility for possible security errors that may arise or for any damage that may be caused to the USER's computer system (both hardware and software), files or documents stored therein, due to the presence of viruses in the USER'S computer used to access the products and contents of the WEBSITE, a malfunction of the browser or the use of non-updated versions of the same.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Peru, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared illegal, void or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be construed within the limits permitted by law and, in any event, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

This agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws in force in the Republic of Peru, especially by the regulations applicable to the contract for the provision of services under the Civil Code. Any dispute related to this agreement, including its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or fulfillment, shall be settled by the competent courts of the city of Lima, Peru.
